Receiving of
wheat

We receive wheat from the selected farms of Agro Ecological Zones of Sindh and Punjab. Wheat from this region is considered as the “Golden wheat” having high protein value and other important nutritional components. Upon reaching the factory, it is also analyzed by highly experienced and dedicated quality control staff.

3 steps
cleansing process

Three main steps of cleaning and grinding:

Step 1:

In the first phase, it gets rid of impurities like wood and other needless waste.

Step 2:

In the second phase, it gets rid of dirt, stones, and other needless waste found in the wheat.

Step 3:

In the last phase, it the wheat is purified of all the adulteration and impurities which are invisible to the naked leaving the flour safe healthy for your consumption

Control lab

Our lab is facilitated with European equipment for conducting physical, chemical and microbiological analysis of wheat and wheat flour products. Accordingly the quality policy is complied with in a manner that maximizes consumer satisfaction. Lab tests have verified we have zero aflatoxin and pesticide and further our packaging ensures no outside contamination.
