Strengthening Regional Trade Ties: A Milestone MoU on Economic Diplomacy

In a significant step towards enhancing regional trade and investment, Amna Munawwar Awan, Senior Vice President of Pakistan Business Forum and President of Matrix Global, signed a groundbreaking MoU with Babak Huseynli, Director for Central Asia and Azerbaijan of Digital Diplomacy. The agreement, aimed at advancing economic diplomacy, facilitates the export of Sunridge Foods Pvt Ltd’s high-quality food products to Azerbaijan and the Central Asian Republics.This collaboration sets the stage for a robust trading network. Babak Huseynli’s firm will establish a state-of-the-art warehouse, trade display center, and office in Azerbaijan to showcase Pakistan’s trade items, including Sunridge products. Concurrently, Matrix Global’s Islamabad office will act as the linchpin in fostering regional connectivity and supporting seamless trade operations.

Speaking on the occasion, Amna Munawwar Awan emphasized the transformative potential of this MoU in promoting bilateral trade, fostering economic relations, and attracting investment. With an anticipated trade volume exceeding $10 million, this partnership is poised to unlock new avenues of prosperity and deepen ties between Pakistan, Azerbaijan, and Central Asia.
