4 Sunridge Rotis

2 Sliced Tomatoes

2 Sliced Onions

4 Lettuce

Garlic Mayonnaise


Black Pepper

Chicken Pieces


1-Heat oil in pan and deep fry the roti until it’s crisp and turns golden brown

2-Spread the sauce or mayonnaise on your roti

3-Place the lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, fried chicken pieces. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top. Now roll the roti with all the ingredients inside.

4-Serve, enjoy & savour!



2 Sunridge Rotis

2 Chicken Breasts chopped into bite-size chunks

120 ml Yogurt

1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste

Half a Lemon juice

1 tsp ground Coriander

1/2 tsp Turmeric

1/2 tsp Cumin

1 tsp Paprika

½ tsp Chilli Powder

½ tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

2 tbsp Oil


1- Place the chicken breast pieces into a bowl and add yogurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, turmeric, cumin, paprika, chilli powder, cinnamon, salt and black pepper.

2- Marinate it for 2 hours

3- Brush the chicken skewers all over with oil. Then grill for 8-10 minutes.

4- Add the sliced lettuce and chicken on the rotis. Lather the top of the roti with yogurt and mango chutney before sprinkling jalapeno slices and chopped red pepper. Roll the rotis and wrap them in a foil - burrito style - and serve sizzling hot!



½ tsp butter

1 Sunridge roti

4 tsp pizza sauce

1 sliced capsicum

1 chopped onion

6 sliced jalapeno

1 Bowl of spinach

½ cup grated mozzarella cheese

10 sliced olives,

¼ tsp chilli flakes

¼ tsp mixed herbs


1-First, heat the tawa with ½ tsp butter. Or you can also bake in an oven as an alternate option..

2-Once the butter melts, warm the roti slightly. Now turn off the flame and spread 4 tsp of pizza sauce.

3-Furthermore, top the roti with with capsicum, onion, spinach, jalapenos and olives. Also spread ½ cup mozzarella cheese.

4-Then sprinkle ¼ tsp chilli flakes and ¼ tsp mixed herbs.

5-Now cover and simmer for 3 minutes or till the cheese melts. Finally, slice the roti pizza and serve while it's piping hot.



4 Sunridge rotis

½ cup chopped Coriander Leaves

1 cup Red Kidney Beans

2 chopped Tomatoes

1 cup grated Cheese

Salt, as per your requirement

2 tbsp Oil


1. To start off, take 4 Sunridge rotis and cut them into 4 equal portions. Take one portion and sprinkle grated cheese on it. Then, spread the beans, chopped coriander leaves and chopped tomatoes on one half of the roti portions.

2. Again, sprinkle cheese and place the other portion of roti on it. Repeat this process to make other quesadillas.

3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and place quesadilla on it. Cook over medium flame and lather some oil on the quesadilla to toast it. Cook all the quesadillas from both sides.

4. When done, transfer them to a serving plate and serve them hot.
